Films are accepted for consideration by the selection committee through FilmFreeway or Google Forms.

1. Requirements for films:

The date of production of the film must be no earlier than January 1, 2024.

Movies must be in Russian. Foreign movies must have Russian subtitles.

The film is not obliged to be a premiere and can participate in other festivals and contests.

2. Films are accepted in the following categories:

Best Short Film

Best Feature Film

3. The film must be submitted in a format that allows it to be viewed on a computer or mobile device (for example, MP4, AVI, MOV).

Vertical videos are not accepted.

Films using AI are not accepted.

The quality is at least Full HD.

Serials are not accepted.

4. Content restrictions:

All films submitted to the contest must comply with the laws of the film's country of origin and the laws of the Russian Federation.

Attention: Films containing:

Calls for violence, extremism, racial or national intolerance.

Propaganda of drugs.

Profanity.

Commercials and movies that are of a commercial nature

WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR PARTICIPATION.

5. Copyrights:

Participants are fully responsible for complying with the copyrights and other intellectual rights of third parties. If a violation is detected, the film will be removed from the contest.

6. Distribution certificate:

To participate in the contest, a distribution certificate is not required, as the films will be shown as part of a non-commercial online event and will not be publicly displayed.

7. Use of the films:

Participation in the contest implies that the participant agrees to the Organizer's use of the submitted films for the following non-commercial purposes:

Demonstration of the film to the jury members and the selection committee for the evaluation of the contest works.

Use of the film poster in the сontest's promotional materials (including on the website and in social media).

Any other use of the film is possible only with the written consent of the author.

8. Selection of works:

The selection committee of the contest conducts a preliminary selection of works. The jury considers all the films that have passed the preliminary selection.

9. Participation in the contest implies agreement with all articles of this Regulations.

10. The organizer reserves the right to reject an application if the submitted materials do not comply with these rules.
